These Terms govern your access to and use of Depra. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
Use of the service
- You must be 18 or older, or use Depra on behalf of an organisation you’re authorised to represent.
- You will not use Depra to send spam, impersonate others, or violate applicable law.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly per the plan you choose. Overage is charged on usage above your plan limit. You can cancel any time; pre-paid fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Data ownership
You own your content. We store it to provide the service and will delete it on request per the Data Deletion policy.
Availability & support
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for production. Enterprise plans include custom SLAs.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Depra’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
