Data Deletion.

Apps that access user data must provide a way for users to request that their data be deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from Depra.

Who this applies to

Anyone whose personal data has been stored by Depra — whether you signed up directly, interacted with a Depra-powered WhatsApp, voice, or email agent, or had your data shared with us by a Depra customer.

How to request deletion

  1. Email team@depra.ai from the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include the email, phone number, or account identifier you want deleted.
  3. If you’re requesting on behalf of someone else, include proof of authorisation.

What gets deleted

  • Your Depra account and profile information.
  • Conversation transcripts and messages associated with you.
  • Any derived analytics tied to your identity.

What we may retain

We may retain minimal records where required by law (for example, billing records for tax purposes) or where we have a legitimate interest (for example, fraud prevention). Anything retained is de-identified where possible.

Timeline

We acknowledge every request within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
