Depra (“we”, “us”) builds AI agents for D2C commerce. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, company, role.
- Conversation data — messages, transcripts, and metadata generated by Depra agents on your behalf.
- Usage data — product analytics such as feature usage, error logs, device and browser info.
How we use it
- To provide the Depra service to your team and your customers.
- To improve our models and product on data you explicitly opt-in to share.
- To meet legal obligations (invoices, tax, DPDP compliance).
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share with sub-processors (hosting, messaging, voice) under data-processing agreements. A current list is available on request.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data any time. See Data Deletion.
